General Terms:

• Anne M Klein desires to electronically record Guest/Speaker’s video interview. Guest/Speaker understands that for educational, promotional, and commercial applications, Anne M Klein will make the Speaker’s Live interview and video recording available at no charge for attendees of this virtual event.
• Guest/Speaker hereby grants to Anne M Klein the right to use his or her name, voice, appearance, likeness, image, words, participation, and title or professional designation, in whole or in part, in these Live and Recorded Interviews and/or compilations and in any correspondence, publicity, advertising, promotional, or other derivative materials based on them.
• Guest/Speaker agrees to promote the series during the promotional period (September 27th through October 6th) as discussed with Anne
• Guest/Speaker is free to provide a free gift to series participants.

Compensation:

• Guest/Speaker agrees to do the interview without charge; and not to request compensation from Anne M Klein at any point in the future.

Intellectual Property:

• Guest/Speaker owns the material they share on the interview.
• Anne M Klein owns the recordings and transcripts of the interview.
• Anne M Klein may repurpose, resell, and reuse the interview without compensation to the Guest/Speaker. In doing so, Anne M Klein agrees to identify the Guest/Speaker’s name on the recording.
• Guest/Speaker will be provided with a video recording of the interview.
• Guest/Speaker is free to repurpose, resell, and reuse the interview recording indefinitely and without compensation to Anne M Klein. In doing so, we ask that you identify Anne M Klein as the interviewer.
• Guest/Speaker expressly releases Anne M Klein from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.
